Move-In-Certified Reports  are pre-listing inspections and have been performed for the home seller to prepare the house to be listed for sale.

This report covers conditions that were present at the time/date of the inspection. Repairs may have been made. Other items may have become defective since this inspection was performed.

The scope of this inspection may not be the same as an inspection performed for a home buyer. It is recommended that all buyers have an updated inspection performed prior to close of escrow.
